My Portfolio

Hi! I'm Bryan, Welcome to my Portfolio.

I'll start off by going over a bit of my formal training. I went to school for animation and graphic design at Truckee Meadows Community College. It might not sound like much but at the time that I attended, the roster of professors held some of the most experienced Industry Veterans in their applicable fields.

While I attended, I was able to learn Web Design, Typography, and Layout from an experienced professional graphic designer. I learned Color Theory, Composition, & Painting from a master painter with over 20 years of experience! And I had the fortune of learning Storyboarding, Drawing, & Animation from a retired character artist that worked on shows like The Simpson's and Ren & Stimpy! I loved every minute of class.

In 2022, I completed University of Minnesota's Full Stack Coding Bootcamp, installing me with Junior Developer level knowledge on HTML, CSS, & Javascript, as well multiple modern API's, Libraries, & Packages.

Random fact: I've worked a bunch of wild side jobs along the way. Including but not limited to: Snowmobile Tour Guide, Pirate Performer, Videogame Tester, & Lumberjack!

I hope you enjoy your stay, please reach out with any inquiries via the contact page.

Thanks,
Bryan

Aequo

Aequo is an app for Homeowners to submit their home project plans and service providers to provide quotes remotely. I built the marketing pages in Wordpress, designed the logo using Photoshop and Illustrator, and integrated multiple plugins requiring minor-to-moderate coding knowledge.

I'm one of the two Founders of the home project platform Aequo.

CPPSA

The CPPSA is an advocate for men and women suffering from health issues like cancer, hormone imbalances and death caused by products that are unsafe but are readily available for purchase because out-of-date testing methods or chemicals inherently required to create them.

The Consumer Protection & Public Safety Association, TL;DR, CPPSA

Cross-Plat

I love playing games with my friends but we've all moved to different parts of the world. One day I was searching for games that I could play with all of my friends and I noticed there was a problem.

We didn't all have PC's or the same console. So I made this little tool to help.

Built from Scratch:

Egaugnal

Egaugnal is a language learning flashcard app that I built as part of a group project with Attila Bordan and Talee Yang.

If you say it enough, it stops sounding like a foreign language.

Genre Forecast

Genre Forecast is a music playlist suggestion tool that gives the user Spotify Playlist recommendations based off of the weather in the city that the user provides.

Find the perfect playlist for the weather.

JavaScript Code Quiz

This code quiz is one of my earliest class assignments. Our goal was to build a timed quiz that would track your score and post it to a local leaderboard.

Let me know how you did!
